I have the written ruling and court order in hand! The next step is getting a letter from the passport guy. His secretary told us that he would be in today. We got there and he was there but was heading off for a workshop - but told us to come back on Thursday.
Oh sure its not like it costs 80,000 UGSh everytime I have to go to Kampala with Nathanial!
Oh well!
